Pat McNulty
Over the course of his career, Pat has personally facilitated and negotiated over 250 dealership ownership transfers in the southeast and across the country.
He works hard to achieve win-win solutions for both sellers and buyers while also ensuring the process goes as smoothly as possible to minimize any disruptions to dealership operations. He works efficiently and discreetly to get the deal done in a manner that is favorable to all involved.
William “Bill” McNulty
Bill has been working in the automotive industry for over 38 years. This includes facilitating dealership sales, as well as owning and operating multiple dealerships himself, ranging from small outfits selling as few as 10 vehicles per month to larger operations with sales volumes topping 700, so he has been right where you are.
This dealership ownership experience gives Bill unique insight into what buyers and sellers are looking for, so you can rest assured he understands exactly what you are going through and has your best interests at heart, having been there himself.

Kelly Norris, a native of Southeast Alabama, has been a crucial member of the McNulty team since 2006. She has played a pivotal role in facilitating over 145 franchise transactions, demonstrating her talent for smooth and effective deal-making. Kelly manages business communications and data and provides insightful financial and marketing analysis.
